Skill training programs have changed the entire platform for the people. They have been placed
in such hands who have complete knowledge of how to spread and make the people
capable of earning their livings like a responsible working individual of the
society. Skill training providers have been doing well to meet the need of the
time. The way these training programs are accelerating the speed, it seems the
future of the nation is going to be bright and an improved percentage of people
will get some skills developed to make some source of reputed earnings. The
training department along with the people is looking interested and the project
looks useful from its outfit.
The CSR Journal
was started by a group of like minded, committed and determined persons, who
have witnessed the deprivation of many unskilled and semi-skilled labors from
livelihood opportunities. Further, they also noted the huge gap between the
requirement level of skilled personnel and the available personnel. This
motivated them to start a skill development agency and started the first
venture of skill training with the support of some private agencies. The CSRJournal always makes it a point that the skill set imparted to the candidate is
put to right use in a way that generates either self employment opportunities
or provides placement opportunities thereby generating income to the candidate.
The group has a system that meets the objectives of placement. There are three
methods through which the placement/self-employment is ensured. They are as
follows:-

Placement cell of the Group: The Group has an exclusive placement cell operated by the placement
division of the organization. The division concurrently approaches various
industries, corporate and other employers and establishes relationships. These
bodies provide placements to the candidates of the Group and the division
tracks the candidates post-placement for next one year for ensuring
compatibility and continuation in the job.

Facilitation for self
employment: The Group encourages, supports and facilitates the
candidates for taking up self employment opportunities. In this regard, the
Groups support is extended in linkage with Bank for finance, developing
Business development plan, in-service orientation and guidance , orientation on
financial management, supporting in developing marketing linkages, product
planning and customer orientations.
